Who creates my eBook?
Your eBook is automatically
created from a single entry of property data at
your office into your website system. Proactive
eBook will seek to establish an electronic link
between your website system and the eBook. Once
this link is in place and activated your property
information is transferred and your eBook is automatically
created.

How do I access the eBook?
Once your registration
with Proactive eBook has been approved you will
receive a secure Username and Password to access
the system. You will also receive your own unique
URL address for your eBook.

What information do I
need to enter to Create an eBook?
Just enter your property
details as your currently do into your website
system and this information is automatically transferred
to your eBook. There is no extra work by your
staff to create the eBook.

How long does it take
for my property information to be loaded into
an eBook?
Once the electronic property
feed is in place it generally takes 24 hours for
your new or changed property information to be
uploaded into the eBook. It will depend on when
your website administrator sends through your
property data but Proactive eBook receives property
data at least once per day.

What if I want to make
changes to my eBook?
No problem! You can change
information any time by making such changes in
your own website system. These changes will update
when your web system sends its next update through
to eBook. You also have access to the Proactive
eBook system via your secure Username and Password
if you need to switch photos or create customized
eBooks. You have access to the eBook system 24/7
to make such changes.

Are eBooks stored on
my computer?
No, the Proactive eBook
is an Internet based product and therefore all
information is stored on our servers. Hosting
of your information is included in the annual
fee. When a person opens your eBook it automatically
uploads onto their computer as they view your
eBook.

Do I Have One eBook or
can I Create Many Types of eBooks?
You have a unique eBook URL for all of your properties.
You can also create and generate several URL’s
for eBooks by Suburb, Region, Property Price Range,
Property Type, Number of Bedrooms, Personally
Selected Category or a Combination of any of these
Categories.

How do I send the eBook
to a prospect or customer?
If you use Outlook you
can create a "signature file" containing
the eBook URL, or you can "hyperlink"
the eBook URL in your outgoing message. Proactive
eBook has an Auto Email system so that your eBook
URL is automatically emailed to your Customer
data base at your nominated time frame. Eg. weekly,
fortnightly or monthly.

Can I use the eBook on
a Plasma Screen?
Yes you can display your
eBook on a Plasma Screen in your office window
by connecting your computer with the Plasma and
the internet. The eBook has an Auto Page Turning
Timer for you to enter the time for a page to
turn (eg 20 seconds) and pasting the Unique URL
into the Internet on the computer that is connected
to the Plasma Screen. The eBook page will automatically
turn every 20 seconds.

How do I generate the
eBook URL?
You will receive a unique
eBook URL for all of your properties once your
registration has been accepted by Proactive eBook.
You can also create several custom eBooks from
your property information. Each custom eBook will
have its own unique eBook URL that is also automatically
generated from your selection criteria.

Can the eBook be used
for Feature Properties?
Yes you can easily create
a unique eBook for a specific property. The entire
eBook can be created as a pictorial to showcase
a property room by room. You need to complete
a Story
Board of how you want the property displayed
in the eBook and a Page
Information Sheet for each page in the eBook.

Can I link Audio and
Video files to the eBook?
Yes you can link Audio
files using an MP3 URL and Video by using flv
(Flash) video URL. It is a simple process of pasting
the URL into the eBook template.
