it take to complete an eBook?
If you have compiled a Story
Board and completed an eBook
Page Information sheet for each page of your
eBook it should take less then 10 minutes to create
an eBook page. It would be a simple process of
copying and pasting the information into the eBook
template from the information you compiled.

to make changes to my eBook?
No problem! You can make changes at any time by
accessing the Proactive eBook system via your
Username and Password. Whether you need to switch
photos, modify the content or change email addresses

Are eBooks stored on my computer?
No, the Proactive eBook is an Internet based product
and therefore all information is stored on our
servers. Hosting of your information is included
in the annual fee. When a person opens your eBook
it automatically uploads onto their computer as
they view your eBook.

How do I send
the eBook to a prospect or customer?
If you use Outlook you can create a "signature
file" containing the eBook URL, or you can
"hyperlink" the eBook URL in your outgoing
message. Proactive eBook has an Auto Email system
built in so your eBook URL is automatically emailed
to your Customer data base at your nominated time
frame. Eg. weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

How do I generate
the eBook URL?
Once you have entered your information into the
eBook system it automatically generates a unique
URL link for your use. You can create several
custom eBooks from your information with each
having its own unique eBook URL that are also
automatically generated.

Can I link Audio
and Video files to the eBook?
Yes you can link Audio files using an MP3 URL
and Video by using flv (Flash) video URL. It is
a simple process of pasting the URL into the eBook
template.
